Your 2008 Jaguar staff intends to pick up where they left off in the 2007 season. Before relocating to Orange County, the Compton Jaguars went an unprecedented 11-1, with the loss coming in the first round of the LCFL playoffs. The Orange County Jaguars intend to rectify that loss and bring home it’s first championship in it’s 5 year history.

We are proud to introduce your 2008 Orange County Jaguars coaching staff:

.

Coach Dotson, or as his players affectionately call him “Coach Kev”, is coming off a successful 2007 season going undefeated during regular season and being named “Coach of the Year” by the Minor League Football News. After 4 years as a coach, Coach Kev is no stranger to winning championships. In 2005 he won his first championship with the Long Beach Lions in the inaugural season of the LCFL, following up in 2006 with another championship. In 2006, as the Defensive Coordinator, he led the Inglewood Blackhawks all the way picking up not only the LCFL West championship but also the Southern California Championship, the Northern California Championship and this time winning the Labelle Bowl II. With all this winning history and his Minor experience both as a player then as a coach, Mr. Kevin Dotson will surely bring some excitement on Saturdays.

.
Coach Stover was also a part of the 2007 Jaguar season and intends to pick up where he left off. With some key additions to the offensive, Coach Stover has his mindset on nothing less than a Championship. Coach Stover was also a part of the 2006 Champions Inglewood Blackhawks as a receivers coach. He also has had his time in the post season during his Blackhawk tenure and is no stranger to winning. Coach Stover is looking to bring an explosive offense this season that will surely get those cameras flashing.
.
Football has been a passion of Coach Derik’s since he was a kid. A native of Pittsburgh, Coach Derik has been involved heavily in the sport of football through coaching for many years. In 2007 he was the special teams coach for the Long Beach Lions’ successful season advancing to the 2nd round of the LCFL playoffs. In 2008 after many months of consideration and preparation, Coach Derik will be at the helm of special teams for the Jaguars, looking to make it a dominating unit in the LCFL.
